Price

Purchase Amount Ratio The percentage of the supplier's purchase amount in the total purchase amount. A higher percentage results in a higher score.
Delivery
(20%)
On-Time Delivery Rate The percentage of deliveries made within the agreed-upon timeframe specified in the order or contract, out of the total number of deliveries. A higher percentage results in a higher score. Additionally, cooperation with urgent orders earns extra points.
Management
(5%)
Invoice Management and Site Regulations Compliance Full points are awarded for timely and accurate invoicing. Points are deducted for each instance of late or incorrect invoicing requiring re-issuance. Full points are awarded for compliance with site regulations. Points are deducted for each violation.

The supplier's overall performance in environmental aspects (such as energy conservation and emission reduction, resource recycling, water resource management, and environmental compliance management) will serve as a key evaluation criterion.
Suppliers who demonstrate efficient optimization measures and robust data management capabilities in energy management; adopt effective circular management and sustainable development strategies in resource utilization, including water recycling and water conservation measures; actively control and reduce the generation and discharge of pollutants, demonstrating a commitment to environmental protection; and strictly adhere to relevant policies regarding environmental compliance, showcasing comprehensive and mature management practices, are likely to receive a higher score in this evaluation dimension.
Business Ethics

The supplier's overall performance in business ethics, such as anti-corruption and anti-bribery measures, and conflict of interest management, serves as a key evaluation criterion.
Suppliers who have established comprehensive policies and management procedures for ethical operations and compliance management, and demonstrate standardized practices and enforcement capabilities in anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and conflict of interest matters, will likely receive a higher score.
Community Relations

The supplier's overall performance in community relations, including community communication, impact of business operations on the community, use of local resources, and participation in community development, serves as a key evaluation criterion.
Suppliers who strictly adhere to the FPIC (Free, Prior, and Informed Consent) principle, regularly engage in community dialogue, support community projects, and establish a robust community rights protection mechanism will likely receive a higher score.
Labor Management

The supplier's overall performance in labor management, including labor practices and health & safety, serves as a key evaluation criterion.
Suppliers who demonstrate standardized labor management systems, fair and competitive compensation and benefits packages, compliant working hours and labor conditions, safe working environments and comprehensive occupational health management systems, and effective protection of employees' fundamental rights will likely receive a higher score.
Service

Overall Satisfaction Suppliers demonstrating a better overall service attitude and stronger problem-solving capabilities will receive a higher score.
