Price (30%)	Cost competitiveness	The percentage of the procurement amount from the supplier out of the total procurement amount. The higher the percentage, the higher the score.
Qualification (10%)	Qualification Certificate Renewal	The timeliness of business operations such as supplier qualification certificate updates, supplier changes and abnormal information feedback, information collaboration and review and rectification. The better the performance, the higher the score.
Delivery (10%)	Timely Delivery Rate	The percentage of the number of batches delivered on time according to the order or contract deadline out of the total number of batches delivered. The higher the percentage, the higher the score. In addition, the more emergency orders the supplier cooperates with, the more points they will receive.
Feed/Medication/Cleaning Management (10%)	Stability of Feed Supply Compliance and Effectiveness of Auxiliary materials Equipment Cleanliness	Feed Supplier: Evaluate the composition, nutritional value and safety of feed. This includes the feed formula, raw material sources, production process and quality control. Consider the reliability and stability of the feed supplier to ensure a continuous supply. Materials Supplier: Evaluate the compliance of vaccines and veterinary drugs, including registration, use and storage. Consider the effectiveness of vaccines and veterinary drugs to ensure animal health and production efficiency. Equipment Supplier: Evaluate the cleanliness and hygiene of the equipment provided by the supplier. Consider the maintenance of the equipment to ensure its normal operation. The better the performance, the higher the score.
Self-Inspection Management (5%)	Self-Inspection Effectiveness	Evaluate the supplier's self-inspection process, including inspection items, frequency and records. Consider the accuracy and effectiveness of the self-inspection results. The better the performance, the higher the score.
Product Packaging (5%)	Packaging Integrity	The supplier's performance in terms of product packaging integrity, whether inspection reports are carried as required, timeliness of invoice issuance and reconciliation confirmation, etc. The better the performance, the higher the score.
ESG Performance (5%)	Sustainable Development (2%)	The better a supplier performs in terms of environmental management, social responsibility, business ethics and other aspects of sustainability, the higher their score.
	Labor Management (3%)	The better a supplier performs in terms of labor management, such as providing a safe on-site operations and employee working environments prohibiting forced labor and minor workers in supplier's workplace, the higher the score.
